Carrying out Research > Commercial Studies If you are setting up a commercially contracted study within the Trust, you must contact the R&D Information Officer prior to the finalisation of the clinical trial agreement, with a draft copy of the agreement (to include the financial details). The ABPI Model Clinical Trial Agreement should be used wherever possible - we will require three pre-signed copies, and will arrange signature on behalf of the Trust.
